Wei Zhou

Wei Zhou is a Senior Managing Associate at Dentons in Atlanta, practicing in the firm's Real Estate and Banking and Finance groups, representing lenders, developers, owners and operators in a variety of commercial real estate and finance matters.

She advises clients on the development, financing, acquisition, disposition and operation of office buildings, multi-family properties, residential subdivisions, as well as on loan servicing matters. Her experience includes representing a hospital system in leasing multiple medical office buildings, advising a lender on financing the acquisition and development of six senior healthcare facilities in Pennsylvania, representing a developer on the acquisition and disposition of 420 acres of land in Georgia, and advising on a 1031 exchange involving a 280-unit multifamily property portfolio.

Wei holds a J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law, where she served as articles editor and writing specialist for the Corporate Governance and Accountability Review and president of the Real Estate Law Society. She also holds an LL.M. in business law from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and an LL.B. from Zhejiang University of Technology School of Law.
