Kellee A. Padgett

Kellee A. Padgett is a Partner in Dentons' Real Estate Law practice, based in the Atlanta office. She concentrates on real property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and finance, with experience representing multi-family and single-family home builders, borrowers and lenders in commercial real estate lending, shopping center developers and owners, and on ground lease transactions, complex purchase and sale transactions, development agreements, and build-to-suit transactions.

Prior to private practice, Ms. Padgett clerked in the chambers of the Honorable George H. Carley, former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia. She holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law (2008), where she was a member of the editorial board of the Georgia Law Review, served as Senior Notes Editor, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. She also received a B.S. in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology (2003), graduating with Faculty Honors.

She has been named to Best Lawyers in America in Real Estate Law (2024-present).
