Brett C. Morgan

Brett C. Morgan is a Managing Associate in Dentons' Real Estate Law practice, based in the Atlanta office. He represents foreign and domestic financial institutions in a variety of commercial real estate lending transactions, frequently advising on construction loans, syndicated loans, term financing, and revolving credit facilities.

Notable representations include advising a lead bank on an up-to-US$375 million revolving credit facility backed by US retail shopping centers, an institutional lender on an acquisition and development loan of up to US$942 million for a trophy property in New York City, and a lead foreign bank on an up-to-US$140 million revolving credit facility. He also represented an international company with the purchase and leaseback of various domestic and foreign properties.

Brett holds a J.D. from William and Mary (2019), where he interned in the Veterans Benefits Clinic, an MPP from the University of Virginia (2021), and a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida (2016), where he studied abroad in London and interned for a member of Parliament. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America in Real Estate Law (2026).
