Stacey Tallman

Stacey Tallman is a Managing Associate in the Real Estate practice at Dentons in St. Louis. She represents clients in multiple areas of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, construction, and finance.

Prior to joining Dentons, she was an associate at a regional firm in St. Louis where she specialized in complex commercial litigation involving construction. She holds a JD, summa cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law (2021), where she served as Executive Editor of the Law Review. She also holds an MA in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University (2013) and a BA from Seton Hall University (2010). Before pursuing her legal career, she handled international trade compliance for a Kansas-based aviation and defense company.
