Asher Bersin

Asher Bersin is a member of Dentons’ Real Estate practice, focusing on Real Estate Law. He has represented lenders, bond issuers, tax credit investors and sellers of distressed assets in a broad range of real estate, real estate finance and public finance-related transactions.

In addition, Asher has represented both landlords and tenants in commercial office leases.

While attending Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, he spent his summers as an intern in both the Federal District Court of the Southern District of Illinois and a local law firm. He also externed in the investment arm of a family office as well as a national commercial real estate company.

His areas of focus include health care practice, real estate, and real estate finance. He holds a JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
