Monica Thoele Meyers

Monica Thoele Meyers is a Partner in Dentons' Real Estate practice group, specialising in Real Estate Law. She focuses her practice on complex tax credit transactions, representing lenders, developers, nonprofits, community development entities and tax credit investors in transactions involving federal and state new market, historic and low-income housing tax credits.

Monica also has experience in general purchase and sale transactions, and has served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, developer's counsel and disclosure counsel in public finance transactions in Missouri and Kansas, with experience in transactions involving tax-increment financing, bonds, lease participation certificates and real property tax abatement.

Monica holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where she served on the Boston College Law Review, and a B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is recognised in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for Real Estate Law.
