Christopher Bedell

Christopher Bedell is a Managing Associate in Dentons’ Real Estate group, focusing on Real Estate Law. He has experience with a wide range of real estate transactions, including the leasing, construction, purchase, sale and financing of commercial and multi-family properties.

His primary focus is on the representation of developers, investors, community development entities and lenders on a national scale to structure and finance tax credit deals.

He is listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Real Estate Law (2026–2027) and in Best Lawyers in America, “Ones to Watch”, for Public Finance Law (2015–2026).

His practice areas include real estate, real estate finance, real estate leasing, occupation and operation, and tax credits and tax-advantaged investing. He holds a JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (2019) and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis (2016). He serves as a Commissioner on the St. Louis County Planning Commission (2022–present), Chairman and Affordable Housing Representative of the City of St. Louis Building Energy Improvement Board (2021–present), and a Board Member of HOMEWORKS The Teacher Home Visit Program.
