Paul E. Hotchkiss

Paul E. Hotchkiss is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate practice, based in Charleston, focusing on commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and zoning and land use matters. He also regularly works with the firm's Corporate and M&A groups on complex sale and leaseback transactions.

Prior to joining Dentons, he practiced at a South Carolina law firm, advising clients on real estate matters, company formation, fund allocation, and ownership structuring. Notable matters include representing the seller in the sale of oil and gas rights pertaining to over 650 acres in Pennsylvania, and representing the purchaser of an industrial property exceeding 60,000 square feet in Arkansas.

Paul holds a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law (2023) and a B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin (2009).
