Caitlin Fahey Nevin

Caitlin Fahey Nevin is Counsel at Dentons, practicing in the Real Estate Law group. She represents clients across a broad array of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leases, ground leases, development, joint ventures, and economic incentives.

Caitlin has particular experience in retail leasing and zoning and entitlement matters, including South Carolina FILOT agreements, and has supported development projects in the renewable energy sector throughout the Carolinas. She has completed an in‑house secondment with an industrial outdoor storage REIT, and also works on asset acquisitions, sale leaseback transactions, CMBS matters, and M&A-related real estate due diligence. She has represented clients in the healthcare, agriculture, and hospitality industries.

Caitlin holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law (2016), where she was Symposium Editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law, and a B.A. from Lafayette College (2010). She is admitted to practice in New York and South Carolina.
