Collin S. Peck

Collin S. Peck is a Senior Managing Associate at Dentons, practicing in the Real Estate group, specializing in Real Estate Law. He represents private equity firms, investment banks, lenders, borrowers, institutional investors, family offices, debt funds, and developers in joint ventures, mortgage and mezzanine financings, preferred equity investments, distressed loan workouts, bridge and construction financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and loan purchases and sales.

Collin has significant experience in complex real estate finance transactions. He assisted in originating a US$380 million mezzanine construction loan for a luxury residential building on "Billionaire's Row" in NYC, advised on a US$938 million acquisition of 28 office park properties for a Singapore‑based REIT, and assisted in the US$67 million recapitalization of a ski resort in Colorado. He also advised on a joint venture and US$111 million acquisition of a golf and beach resort in Georgia, and assisted in the sale of a US$90 million "B" note for a Boston development.

Collin holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law (2015) and a B.A. from Washington and Lee University (2010). He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and South Carolina.
