Ryan Goer

Ryan Goer is a Partner in the firm's Real Estate practice, focusing on loan servicing, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and commercial real estate transactions.

He represents mortgage portfolio lenders and servicers in connection with the servicing of securitized loans, including defeasances, assumptions, modifications, consents and other servicing matters, as well as private and institutional lenders in the origination of secured loans. His experience encompasses the financing of commercial office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, industrial warehouses and storage facilities, multifamily housing and other types of commercial properties nationwide.

Ryan holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School (2018) and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2013).

He was named to Charleston Business Magazine's Best & Brightest 35 and Under in 2020.
