Oded Green

Oded Green is a Shareholder in Dentons' Corporate Practice Group in Pittsburgh, focusing on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic collaborations, and licensing for technology, life sciences, and industrial businesses.

He guides clients from early-stage development through commercialization and exit, with a deep understanding of how innovative companies are built, financed and scaled. Notable transactions include representing Knopp Biosciences in the launch of Areteia Therapeutics and subsequent financing of up to $350 million (later expanded to $425 million), representing Knopp Biosciences in the sale of its subsidiary to Biohaven with a $100 million closing payment plus earn‑out payments of up to $1.1 billion, representing CardiacAssist (Tandem Life) in its sale to LivaNova for $250 million, and advising on multiple venture capital investments in biotechnology and AI healthcare companies, as well as strategic acquisitions in the software and robotics spaces.

Oded holds a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, an LL.M. from Northwestern University School of Law, a Certificate in Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and an LL.B. in Law and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
