Bryan P. Magee

Bryan P. Magee is an Associate in the Corporate group at Dentons' Pittsburgh office, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt and mezzanine financing, and general corporate matters.

He has experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, merger agreements and other transaction documents, conducting due diligence investigations, coordinating transactional logistics, and advising clients on corporate governance. Notable matters include advising a private equity-backed portfolio company on a $400 million acquisition, representing a steel manufacturer in the sale of a subsidiary, representing a large international pharmaceutical company in the sale of product lines, and advising a mezzanine lender on subordinated capital and junior financing. He also serves as outside general corporate counsel for various clients, supporting incentive equity programs, subsidiary management and day-to-day corporate matters.

Bryan holds a J.D., cum laude from Cornell Law School (2019), where he was a Myron Taylor Scholar and a Publishing Editor of the Cornell Law Review, and a B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University (2016).

He has been selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for Mergers & Acquisitions (2023–2024).
