Matthew H. Clark

Matthew H. Clark is a Shareholder and serves as the US Co-Chair of Dentons' Corporate Group, as well as the US Region Sector Leader for Consumer Products & Services. He also serves as Co-Chair of Dentons' US Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practice. His practice focuses on advising investors, companies and executive teams on mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions, and strategic corporate matters.

He has extensive experience guiding clients through all phases of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, contract negotiations, intellectual property matters, licensing and distribution agreements, venture capital, and complex commercial arrangements with suppliers, customers and strategic partners. His clientele spans retail, software and information technology, manufacturing, healthcare and professional services, and he counsels emerging growth companies on financing and corporate guidance. He brings valuable insight from his prior in-house counsel roles at Evoqua Water Technologies, Dick's Sporting Goods and Philips Healthcare.

Matthew holds a J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law (2000) and a B.A., cum laude, in History and Criminal Justice from Duquesne University (1992).
