Jessica F. Bartolacci

Jessica F. Bartolacci is an Associate in Dentons' Corporate group, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and retail sector transactions.

She regularly negotiates and drafts transaction documents and commercial agreements, including service and supply agreements, software licenses, retail media agreements, influencer and sponsorship agreements, and cause‑related marketing agreements. She has advised Fortune 500 retail clients on advertising and promotional matters, and represented private equity buyers in platform and add‑on acquisitions across multiple industries. She has handled dispositions ranging from $80 million to $425 million, advised on the $21 million global headwear joint venture, and assisted in the acquisition of healthcare centers valued up to $50 million. She also provides general corporate counsel to early‑stage startups.

Jessica holds a J.D., cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh (2019). She also holds a B.S., magna cum laude, in International Business from Wake Forest University (2014).
