Faith Anderson

Faith Anderson is an Associate in Dentons' Corporate practice group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, and corporate governance.

She drafts transaction documents, conducts due diligence and manages transaction mechanics, and has experience drafting various commercial agreements, including service and supply agreements, small carrier agreements and retail media agreements. She also assists clients with corporate governance matters such as entity formations, board and shareholder resolutions, and license requirements. Notable matters include assisting a North Carolina-based retail client in its $900 million acquisition of a Norway-based retail company, and assisting a Florida-based optics manufacturer in its merger with a UK-based photonics engineering and manufacturing company.

Faith holds a J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from The Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law (2024), where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and received CALI Awards for Legal Writing II and Sales, and a B.S. in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, from James Madison University (2021).

She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
