Kristen Liang

Kristen Liang is a Managing Associate in Dentons' Real Estate practice with a focus on construction matters. Her primary practice area is Construction Law.

She advises owners and developers on large and complex commercial real estate projects, providing counsel throughout the design and construction process.

She drafts and negotiates construction management and contractor agreements, subcontracts, trade contracts, and agreements with architects, engineers and consultants, and assists her clients in navigating construction delay and defect claims.

Before joining the firm, she was a real estate associate at the New York office of an AmLaw 200 law firm, where she represented clients in office, mixed-use retail and residential developments as well as major infrastructure projects.

She holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law (2020) and a B.A. in Classics from New York University College of Arts and Science (2016).
