Alana T. Sliwinski

Alana T. Sliwinski is a Partner in the firm's Construction Law and Real Estate practice, based in the New York office. She advises owners, developers, and infrastructure sponsors on the full lifecycle of complex development and construction projects, including mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, data center, and infrastructure projects across the United States and internationally. She structures and leads negotiations for design and construction agreements, including construction management, design-build, EPC, professional design services, procurement, and trade contracts.

Ms. Sliwinski has represented the developer of a first-of-its-kind international center focused on climate solutions, leading negotiations on project-wide design and construction agreements targeting net zero in energy, water, and waste. She has advised on several multi-billion dollar colocation data center campuses, a new airport terminal, a major New York office redevelopment, and a large-scale mixed-use development projected to span approximately 18 million square feet at full build out. She brings a unique in-house perspective from her time as Director of Legal for Canopy Buildings at Sidewalk Labs (an Alphabet/Google company).

She is the 2026 President of CREW New York (Commercial Real Estate Women Network) and serves on the Board of Directors of the JCC Stamford. She has been recognized by Chambers USA in Construction (Up and Coming, 2025-2026), The Legal 500 United States for Construction (2026), Best Lawyers in Construction (2026-2027), and received a Law360 Rising Star award in Construction (2024).
