Agnes Poplawski

Agnes Poplawski is an Associate in Dentons’ Real Estate practice, focusing on Construction Law, with an emphasis on transactional construction matters. She assists in the drafting and negotiating of construction agreements with contractors, architects, engineers and consultants.

Prior to joining Dentons, Agnes was a commercial real estate associate, where she represented clients in purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, general leasing and real estate financing transactions. She also assisted in representing both developers and neighbours in construction access agreements and RPAPL § 881 proceedings.

Her areas of focus include construction and engineering, and real estate. She holds a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (2024) and a B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science and Economics (2020).
