Daniel J. Schwartzman

Daniel J. Schwartzman is an Associate in Dentons' Real Estate practice, with a focus on construction matters. His practice centres on Construction Law, guiding owners, developers and other key stakeholders through all stages of construction, from initiation and contracting to ensuing litigation.

His work spans a range of construction projects, including high-rise residential and commercial buildings, office towers, hotels, mixed-use developments and other large-scale infrastructure projects.

Previously, Daniel was a construction litigation associate, representing owners, developers, contractors and design professionals on a wide variety of construction projects. He leverages his construction litigation experience to proactively identify potential areas of exposure and minimise risk before it materialises into costly legal battles.

He holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law with a Business and Financial Law Concentration, and a BA from the University of Connecticut.
