Jeffrey A. McKenzie

Jeffrey A. McKenzie is a Partner in Dentons' Louisville office, specialising in Corporate Law. He serves as corporate, transactional and business counsel to industrial, commercial and service businesses, advising on mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, antitrust issues, company formations, governance, project development, intellectual property licensing, financing, and executive employment matters.

Jeff has been involved in the successful negotiation of billions of dollars in economic incentives and has advised clients across the distilled spirits, healthcare, financial services, automotive, logistics, steel, construction, real estate, pharmaceuticals and medical products industries. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, rezoning, financing, development, leasing and sale of industrial, commercial and recreational properties and air rights, as well as construction contracts. He also serves as the US Sector Co-Lead for Transportation & Infrastructure.

Jeff holds a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law (1986) and a B.A. in Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (1983).
