Carla Bravo-Gagel

Carla Bravo-Gagel is an Associate in the firm's Corporate Department, assisting clients from startups to large corporations with a broad range of business and regulatory matters including contracts and mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general business management.

She also advises clients on corporate immigration matters, including preparing and managing visa applications for specialized and highly skilled workers, and supports companies in the bourbon and liquor industry with compliance, licensing and operational issues specific to Kentucky's spirits market. She contributes to the firm's collegiate athletics practice, assisting with matters involving Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) agreements, athlete representation, and university compliance with NCAA and state regulations.

Carla holds a J.D., magna cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law (2025) and a B.A., summa cum laude in International Studies from the University of Kentucky (2022).
