Victoria Lee

Victoria Lee is a Partner and a member of Dentons' Capital Markets practice. Her primary practice area is Banking and Finance Law, and she specialises in secured lending and the financing of residential mortgage loans, single family rental properties and other receivables.

She regularly represents banks and other financial institutions in connection with warehouse and repurchase agreements and other credit facilities secured by residential mortgage loans, business purpose loans, REO properties, agency eligible electronic mortgage loans, single family rental properties and other asset classes.

She also represents originators and aggregators in the acquisition and disposition of residential mortgage loans, and assists investment funds in the formation of special purpose entities.

Her practice also includes representation of clients in bilateral and syndicated securitisation facilities of trade receivables, including foreign trade receivables.

She was listed as a Recognized Lawyer in Structured Finance by The Legal 500, 2024. She holds a JD from Northwestern University School of Law (2014), where she was a member of the Journal of International Law and Business, and a BA, cum laude, from Cornell University (2009).
