Angelica Martuscello

Angelica Martuscello is an Associate and a member of Dentons' Capital Markets practice group. Her primary practice area is Banking and Finance Law.

She focuses on representing banks, secondary market lenders and other financial institutions on various secured lending and financing transactions, including warehouse and repurchase agreements and other credit facilities secured by residential mortgage loans, single-family rental properties, REO property, mortgage servicing rights and other asset classes. She also represents financial institutions in respect of purchases, sales and servicing of all types of mortgage assets.

Her areas of focus include asset finance and lending, banking and finance, capital markets, residential mortgage purchase and sale, and residential repo and finance.

She holds a JD, cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School (2025) and a BA, magna cum laude, from Villanova University (2022).
