Victor C. Johnson, P.C. is a Partner in Dentons' Intellectual Property and Technology practice, based in the Dallas office, practicing in Intellectual Property Law. He focuses on high-stakes patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright litigation, as well as related unfair competition, false advertising, and commercial disputes, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts across the United States.

Mr. Johnson has successfully handled jury trials, preliminary injunctions, civil seizures, TTAB proceedings, and complex MDL involving sophisticated technologies. Notable trial results include obtaining a $10+ million judgment and finding of willful infringement in a trial for Vulcan Arms, a multi-million dollar jury verdict in a trademark infringement trial for Neighborly, a $1.25 million damages award and permanent injunction for Bose Corp., and a $4.7 million jury verdict in a false advertising case for NDE Inc. He has also defended clients in patent infringement trials in the Eastern District of Texas, including Yealink, and in trade secret disputes.

Victor holds a J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans (1998) and a B.A. from the University of New Mexico (1993).
