Tisha Schestopol

Tisha Schestopol is Counsel in Dentons' Washington, DC office, specialising in Health Care Law. She provides health care and FDA regulatory counseling to life sciences, health care, cannabis, food and dietary supplement, and cosmetic industry clients, including manufacturers, health care providers, suppliers, and private equity firms.

Tisha advises on regulatory requirements and risks, corporate compliance program assessment and development, and represents clients in internal investigations and inquiries by federal regulatory and enforcement agencies, including the US Department of Justice and the US Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General. She also counsels on FDA advertising and promotion matters, fraud and abuse issues, and corporate integrity agreements. Previously, Tisha served as in-house counsel for a biopharmaceutical manufacturer, where she developed and implemented the company's compliance program as it commercialised its first product.

Tisha holds a J.D. from George Washington University Law School (2005) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University (1997).
