Gadi Weinreich

Gadi Weinreich is a Partner in Dentons' Washington, DC office, specialising in Health Care Law. He is one of the nation's most experienced health care fraud and abuse and regulatory compliance lawyers, with 34 years of experience representing hospitals and health systems, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, faculty practice plans, accountable care organisations, managed care organisations and private equity firms.

Gadi defends litigation and investigations under the False Claims Act, including qui tam claims, and represents clients in congressional and executive branch hearings, subpoenas and civil investigative demands. He counsels on compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Physician Self-Referral Law (Stark Law), and other Medicare and Medicaid rules. He also advises on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, clinical integration and telemedicine arrangements, and assists with corporate integrity agreements and voluntary disclosures.

Gadi holds a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School (1987), an LL.M. from Cambridge University (1992), and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Brown University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
