Sandra Sok

Sandra Sok is a Senior Managing Associate in Dentons' Government Contracts practice group, specialising in Government Contracts. She represents aerospace, defense, health care and technology clients on government and commercial contract matters, encompassing counseling, transactions, litigation and investigations.

Sandra advises clients on complex federal procurement laws and regulations, including the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act (TINA), FAR cost principles, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), business systems, cybersecurity, data rights and artificial intelligence. She negotiates and interprets government contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements and Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs). Sandra also handles requests for equitable adjustments, CDA and Tucker Act claims, FOIA and reverse-FOIA requests, and represents clients before boards of contract appeals and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, as well as in False Claims Act cases. She has significant experience with government compliance audits, internal investigations and responding to government investigations.

Prior to rejoining Dentons, Sandra served as in-house counsel for a large defense contractor and as a judicial intern to Judge Christine M. Arguello in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. She holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine.
