Natalie Seelig

Natalie Seelig is a Managing Associate in Dentons' US Government Contracts practice, specialising in Government Contracts. Her practice encompasses all aspects of government contracts counseling and litigation.

Prior to attending law school, Natalie served as a legal intern for the Veterans' Rights Project in New York and as a legislative intern for the Office of the Speaker of the House in Vermont. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Allison Eid, U.S. Circuit Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Natalie holds a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and received Scholastic Excellence Awards in Property Law and Topics in Constitutional Law: First Amendment. She also received a full-tuition merit scholarship and served as a Staff Editor on the Denver Journal of International Law & Policy and as an Oralist on the Jessup Moot Court Team. She holds a B.A., Cum Laude, from the University of Vermont.
