Rachel M. Milazzo

Rachel M. Milazzo is a Partner in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Real Estate practices, focusing on real estate, construction and complex commercial litigation across the United States in both federal and state courts, as well as arbitration and mediation.

She represents energy companies, real estate developers, architectural firms, hospital facilities, sports teams, and capital investors in infrastructure projects. Notable representations include advising a multinational natural gas pipeline company on infrastructure projects across multiple states, successfully representing an NFL team in a high-profile arbitration over ownership of a $14 million training facility, settling a multimillion-dollar construction litigation lawsuit for a major natural gas pipeline, and successfully defending against general contractor claims resulting in a complete defense verdict in a jury trial. She also serves as counsel for a Major League Soccer (MLS) team on its $500+ million stadium project and for one of the nation's largest capital investors on a high-voltage transmission line project.

Rachel holds a J.D., cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law (2007) and a B.A., summa cum laude from Saint Louis University (2004).

She is recognized as a Best Lawyer in commercial litigation by Best Lawyers of America. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at Saint Louis University School of Law teaching Trial Advocacy and externed for the Honorable Audrey Fleissig of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
