Jayne Winner

Jayne Winner is a Senior Managing Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at Dentons in St. Louis. Her practice focuses on insurance disputes, including coverage and extra-contractual liability, and she has ample experience defending clients from inception to trial.

Prior to joining Dentons, she practiced at a regional firm in St. Louis with a focus on insurance law, arson and fraud litigation, product liability, and personal injury liability, where she second-chaired multiple trials and obtained defense verdicts across Missouri.

She holds a BA in Psychology and Political Science, summa cum laude, from Illinois State University (2015) and a JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (2018), where she served as Senior Editor of the Washington University Law Review and worked as a legal intern for the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office in the sex crimes and domestic violence divisions. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America as "Ones to Watch" in Commercial Litigation.
