Elizabeth Teutenberg Ferrick

Elizabeth Teutenberg Ferrick is a Partner in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Insurance practices, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She focuses on defending companies in class action litigation, regulatory investigations, and administrative agency actions, having litigated class-action suits in more than 20 federal district courts.

Elizabeth has extensive experience in the title insurance industry, defending underwriters in actions alleging violations of state consumer protection acts, anti-inducement acts, and the federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). She also represents insurance companies, agents, appraisal management companies, mortgage institutions and data companies in market conduct examinations, CFPB investigations, state Attorney General investigations, and cybersecurity-related regulatory matters, including NYDFS Part 500 audits and investigations.

Elizabeth holds a J.D. from the University of Arizona (2000), where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Saint Louis University (1997). She is recognised in The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation.
