Natalie M. Limber

Natalie M. Limber is a Partner in Dentons' Commercial Litigation practice with a nationwide practice representing insurers, specialising in Dispute Resolution. With over 20 years of combined law firm and in-house experience, she handles complex and high-stakes coverage and bad faith insurance matters, serving as national counsel for excess carriers and resolving matters through trial, arbitration and mediation.

Prior to joining Dentons, Natalie served as Special Corporate Counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company, where she led the Corporate Investigative Function and served as General Counsel to the company's InsureTech brand, providing legal and regulatory advice on privacy, data security, eCommerce, intellectual property, and commercial contracting. She presented regularly to C‑suite executives, Boards and Audit Committees on compliance, investigations and litigation. Her litigation successes include obtaining complete summary judgment for a national P&C insurer in a seven‑figure fire loss dispute, summary adjudication in a sexual abuse coverage dispute, and reversal of a US$3 million judgment in a management liability dispute.

Natalie holds a J.D., with honors, from Chicago‑Kent College of Law (2005) and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (2002).
