Nick S. Pujji

Nick S. Pujji is a Partner in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, based in the Los Angeles office, practicing in Dispute Resolution. He represents a wide array of clients in complex business, employment, trade secret, ADA website accessibility, CIPA, and class action litigation, with a particular emphasis on consumer and wage and hour class actions. He also serves as outside in-house counsel to numerous emerging growth and technology startup companies across the United States and internationally, advising founders, executives, and investors on business structure, fundraising, employment, partnerships, and strategic transactions.

He has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation, arbitration, and appellate processes, with a strong track record of resolving matters through early-stage strategy, mediation, trial, and arbitration. He has defended numerous retailers, restaurants, and financial services firms against website accessibility claims brought under the ADA and Unruh Act, and served as lead counsel for a receiver with approximately US$1 billion under management in a high-profile SEC enforcement action.

Nick holds a J.D. from Washington University School of Law (2008) and a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and French Studies from Rice University (2005).
