Lindsay Jewell

Lindsay Jewell is the Office Managing Partner of Dentons' Phoenix office, specialising in Real Estate Law. She negotiates and closes sophisticated buy-side and sell-side transactions, with a focus on the hospitality industry, including acquisitions, dispositions, ground leasing, hotel and construction finance, REIT structuring, joint ventures, and development and asset management.

Lindsay regularly advises clients on hotel and brand management agreements, franchise agreements, operating leases, and food and beverage consulting agreements. She also has extensive experience in CMBS and specially serviced commercial real estate loans, including loan modifications, forbearance agreements, discounted payoffs, foreclosures and REO dispositions across a wide variety of commercial properties. Her clients include hospitality-focused real estate funds, investment and development companies, and owners and operators of premium branded hotels across the United States.

Lindsay holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and an A.B. in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard University.

She is ranked in The Best Lawyers in America for Leisure and Hospitality (2025) and was listed as a Rising Star in Southwest Super Lawyers (2016–2022). She has served as a panelist and moderator at the Americas Lodging Investment Summit and is an active member of the Phoenix Art Museum Board of Trustees.
