Kristen Lucas Martin

Kristen Lucas Martin is a Managing Associate in Dentons' Hospitality and Leisure practice group, focusing on real estate and hospitality transactions worldwide, representing owners, operators, developers and investors.

She advises clients on the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and development of hotels, resorts and mixed-use properties. Notable matters include advising EPR Properties on its acquisition of the Village Vacances Valcartier resort and hotel in Québec City and the Calypso Waterpark in Ottawa, along with the simultaneous long-term triple-net leasing of the properties to Premier Parks.

Kristen holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School (2020), a B.S. from the W.P. Carey School of Business and a B.A. from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, both from Arizona State University (2017).
