Harman K. Dhanoa

Harman K. Dhanoa is a Managing Associate in Dentons' globally recognised Hospitality and Leisure practice, specialising in Real Estate Law. Her practice focuses on the purchase, sale, development, financing and operation of hotels, resorts, golf courses and other operational real estate investments worldwide.

Prior to joining Dentons, Harman was an associate in the commercial real estate practice group of another large law firm, bringing broad real estate experience to efficiently navigate complex transactions and serve the needs of her clients.

Harman holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, and a B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona.

She is recognised by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Real Estate (2024–2026) and serves as Board President of the South Asian Bar Association of Arizona (2024–2025).
