Christopher H. Lee

Christopher H. Lee is a Partner in Dentons' Hospitality and Leisure practice, specialising in Real Estate Law. He represents hotel owners, investors and developers in hospitality and leisure transactions across North America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia, focusing on the luxury and upscale segments. His practice encompasses hotel management agreements, hotel purchase and sale agreements, franchise agreements and related agreements for resorts, condo-hotels and projects with residential, spa, restaurant and golf components.

Chris has extensive experience advising major industry players, including Hilton Worldwide, Starwood Capital Group, Apollo Global Management and Brookfield Real Estate Financial Partners, on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, management agreements and operational matters. He also represents EPR Properties and Wheelock Street Capital on hospitality-related transactions and leasing arrangements. Chris is actively engaged in the hospitality industry, providing practical, business-focused counsel tailored to his clients' commercial objectives.

Chris holds a J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, where he served as Articles Editor on The Arizona Journal of International & Comparative Law, and a B.S. from the University of Virginia.
