Joshua Davis

Joshua Davis is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation group in Dentons' Washington, DC office, focusing on complex commercial litigation and government investigations. He has served as lead and national counsel in high-stakes matters across the country, representing clients in federal and state courts, including in multi-district litigation.

His work spans a wide range of issues, including consumer protection, the False Claims Act, healthcare fraud and abuse, prediction markets and sports gambling, and general commercial disputes. He also has significant experience representing companies in federal and state investigations initiated by government agencies and regulators. He regularly advises clients in highly regulated industries, including life sciences, healthcare, and prediction markets and sports gambling.
