Erin O’Sullivan

Erin O'Sullivan is a Managing Associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, based in the Washington, DC office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and insurance disputes in federal and state courts, including arbitration, spanning industries such as insurance, financial services, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and real estate.

She has briefed critical motions before the D.C. Superior Court, New York Supreme Court, numerous federal district courts, and in alternative dispute resolution, and has experience representing companies in regulatory enforcement matters and government investigations. Ms. O'Sullivan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jane M. Beckering, United States District Judge, in the Western District of Michigan.

She holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center (2020), where she was a student attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic, and a B.A. from the University of Connecticut (2015). She was named to Crain's New York Business, "20 in Their Twenties 2021".
