Drew W. Marrocco

Drew W. Marrocco is a Partner in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, based in the Washington, DC office. He focuses on complex commercial litigation, with substantial experience handling class actions and claims alleging fraud, consumer protection violations, and product liability, and has litigated and tried cases before federal and state courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Marrocco primarily represents clients in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries, handling fraud claims brought by state and federal government agencies, investors, lenders, and consumers, as well as contract disputes with the US government at the Court of Federal Claims. Notable representations include winning dismissal with prejudice in a post-IPO securities class action for electroCore, securing dismissal for JP Morgan Chase in litigation arising from the wind-down of billion-dollar hedge funds, and defending major pharmaceutical companies in trials throughout the US involving alleged fraudulent pricing.

He holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Richmond (1991).
