Caitlin L. Gray

Caitlin L. Gray is a Senior Managing Associate in Dentons' Real Estate practice, specialising in Real Estate Law. She represents financial institutions, bond issuers, political subdivisions, developers, community development entities and tax credit investors in real estate and corporate law matters, including municipal finance, real estate development, acquisition and investment.

Caitlin plays an instrumental role in the closing of complex real estate transactions, with a focus on new market and low-income housing tax credits. She has assisted in providing financing for affordable housing and senior living developments, community centers and small businesses in both urban and rural communities. Prior to attending law school, she worked for a St. Louis real estate developer for several years.

Caitlin holds a J.D., cum laude, from Washington University School of Law (2019), where she served as Chief Notes Editor of the Washington University Law Review and President of the Community Development & Real Estate Law Society, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Webster University (2013).

She is recognised in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Real Estate Law (2026–2027).
