Bryan Wein

Bryan Wein is a Managing Associate in Dentons' Intellectual Property and Technology practice group, based in the New York office, practicing in Intellectual Property Law. His practice focuses on intellectual property disputes, regularly handling trademark, trade secret, copyright, unfair competition, and false advertising cases for domestic and international clients across industries including technology, software, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, financial services, and media and entertainment.

Mr. Wein has substantial experience advising companies on trademark clearance, registration, acquisition, and enforcement strategies, as well as experience before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Prior to joining Dentons, he prosecuted trademarks before the USPTO and foreign IP offices and counseled clients on intellectual property transactions, technology contracts, and pre-litigation disputes related to trademark enforcement and rights of privacy and publicity.

He holds a J.D. with honors from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (2020), where he received the Jacob Burns Medal for service to the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic and served as a Staff Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame (2011). He previously clerked for the Honorable Carmen H. Alvarez and has been selected to the New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for Intellectual Property Litigation (2025).
