Alana Gutierrez Torres

Alana Gutierrez Torres is an Associate in Dentons' Real Estate Law practice, based in the Atlanta office. She advises clients on various types of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and tax-advantaged investing.

During her studies at Emory University School of Law, Ms. Gutierrez Torres served as Executive Marketing Editor for the Emory Law Journal and on the board of the Latin American Law Student Association. She completed the Transactional Law program and participated in the Landlord-Tenant Mediation Clinic, facilitating mediations in the Fulton County magistrate court.

She holds a J.D. with honors and a Certificate in Transactional Law from Emory University School of Law (2023) and a B.S., cum laude, in Criminology from Florida State University (2019). Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, she is fluent in Spanish and is a member of CREW Atlanta, the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council Young Professionals, the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association, and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
