Alexandre Klidonas

Alexandre Klidonas is a Senior Managing Associate and a member of the Capital Markets practice. His primary practice area is Capital Markets Law.

He represents issuers, sellers and servicers in mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities transactions, as well as purchasers and sellers in whole loan transactions. In addition, he represents financial institutions, including hedge funds and private equity companies, with respect to securities financing, including securitisations and repurchase facilities.

He also has experience representing US companies on periodic reporting and other disclosure obligations under the US securities laws.

He has been recognised in Best Lawyers in America, "Ones to Watch" in Securities, Capital Markets, 2021–present. He holds a JD, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School (2015), where he was a Contributing Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law and Selections Editor of the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law, and a BA in Political Science and History, summa cum laude, from Fordham University (2009), where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
