Stephen M. Park

Stephen M. Park is an Associate and a member of Dentons' Capital Markets practice, serving on the Consumer Finance Regulatory team. His primary practice area is Capital Markets Law.

He represents Wall Street institutions, hedge funds, private equity funds, domestic and foreign banking institutions, national mortgage lenders, consumer finance companies, fintech companies, servicers and other financial services companies on matters related to federal and state consumer credit regulation.

His areas of focus include asset-backed securities (ABS), capital markets regulatory compliance, financial institutions, residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) and securitisations.

He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law (2024), where he served as an associate editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and was a venture capital fellow with the Fordham Angel Fund. He received his B.A. from the University of Chicago (2019). He is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York and the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York.
