Marlo A. Young

Marlo A. Young is a Partner in the firm's Capital Markets Law practice, based in the New York office. He represents issuers, underwriters, and other transaction parties in the public and private offerings of mortgage- and asset-backed securities, buyers and sellers of mortgage-related assets, and parties in other structured finance transactions.

He serves on the firm's Global, US and US Region Boards, and previously served for many years as Deputy General Counsel, Business Transactions of Dentons US. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Structured Finance Association (SFA).

Marlo holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law (1996) and a B.A. from Columbia College (1992). He has been recommended for Structured Finance: Securitization by The Legal 500 US (2023, 2025-2026) and testified before the Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Insurance, and Government Sponsored Enterprises of the House Financial Services Committee.
