Shreya H. Patel

Shreya H. Patel is an Associate in Dentons' Capital Markets practice group, specialising in Capital Markets Law. She focuses on representing banks, secondary market lenders and other financial institutions on various secured lending and financing transactions, including warehouse and repurchase agreements and other credit facilities secured by residential mortgage loans, single-family rental properties, REO property, mortgage servicing rights and other asset classes.

Shreya also represents financial institutions with respect to purchases, sales and servicing of all types of mortgage assets. She holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University (2023) and a B.S. from Rutgers University (2020).
