Adrien Gotti

Adrien Gotti is a Counsel in Dentons' New York office, focusing on corporate law, M&A transactions and commercial matters. He represents family‑owned and PE‑backed companies in the US, as well as multinational companies globally, and also advises companies, investors and talents in the luxury, fashion and beauty industries.

He is a member of Dentons' French desk, a cross‑border practice group of bilingual French‑speaking lawyers across Dentons' global offices. Prior to joining Dentons, he represented investment banks, investors and issuers in corporate equity derivatives trades and capital markets transactions, both as outside and in‑house counsel.

Adrien holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (2011) and a Master of Laws in International Taxation from University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas (2009), and also studied at HEC Paris (2009).
