Anthony Williams

Anthony Williams is a Senior Counsel in Dentons' Corporate practice in New York, focusing on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and financings for US and non-US clients. He also counsels domestic and multi-national corporations on securities law topics and corporate finance matters.

He is a member of Dentons' Family Office and High Net Worth Sector (DFO), providing legal services to high-net-worth individuals, families and family offices across multiple jurisdictions. After working in its Hong Kong office and founding its San Francisco office, he served as Chairman of Coudert Brothers LLP from 1993 to 2001. He has deep international experience in financial management, investments, accounting and business development.

Anthony holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law (1973) and an A.B., cum laude from Harvard University (1968). He is a veteran of the United States Army.
